Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and need to come to be permanent residents:
Eligibility:
- Language ability:

- You must meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability such as writing, reading, listening and speaking
- Canadian Language Benchmark 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs or
- Canadian Language Benchmark 5 for NOC B jobs
- Skilled work Experience:
- You must have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply, and the work experience must be full-time, or an equal amount in part-time.
- You must have expanded your work experience by occupied in Canada while under temporary resident status with approval to work
- Your work experience can be in 1 or more NOC 0, A or B jobs
- You must demonstrate that you executed the liabilities set out in the lead statement of the work-related explanation in the NOC. This consists of completely the important obligations and utmost of the main responsibilities enumerated.
- Education
- There is no education requirement for the Canadian Experience Class.
- If you need to increase your rank in the Express Entry pool for immigration drives, there are 2 ways you can do this.
- If you pass away to school in Canada, you can acquire points for a certificate, diploma or degree from a Canadian:
- Secondary institution (high school) or
- Post-secondary institution
- If you have foreign education, you can get points for:
- An accomplished foreign qualification, and
- An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report for immigration determinations from a labelled institute presenting that your edification is equivalent to a finalized certificate, diploma or degree from a Canadian:
- Secondary institution (high school) or
- Post-secondary institution
